If you have a nagging wife, you really should thank her. Studies show that a nagging wife can be good for your health.

In addition, men, if your wife is exercising and getting fit, you're more likely to exercise and get fit. If she's eating well, you're more likely to eat well.

In general, a spouse's poor choices can undermine your own choices.

So if your spouse isn't enjoying a healthy lifestyle, nag them. After all, a little nagging goes a long way.
